JUDGMENT

Dated this the 13th day of June, 2022 This writ petition was filed at a stage when the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) was on vacation and the petitioners required urgent orders. This court passed the interim relief on 13.05.2022 and directed the petitioners to move the Company Petition before the NCLT, immediately after the NCLT starts functioning. It is now reported that, after the NCLT commenced functioning on 17.05.2022, the petitioners moved the Company Petition and the same was taken on board on 24.05.2022. Being so, the petitioners have to work out their remedies before the NCLT.

In the result, the writ petition is closed, leaving it open for the parties to raise all contentions before the NCLT.
