JUDGMENT

This Original Petition (Crl.) is filed with the following prayers:

“(i) Issue a direction commanding the JFCM Court, Ramankary, Alappuzha to dispose of the C. C. No. 38/2022 at the earliest at any rate within the period of one month from today;

(ii) Grant such other order as this Hon'ble court deems fit and necessary in the facts and circumstances of the case;

(iii) Dispense with the translation of the documents produced in the Vernacular Language.”

2. When this O.P.(Crl.) came up for consideration on 07.11.2023, this Court directed the Registry to get a report from the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Ramankari about the time required to dispose of the case. A report is submitted by the learned Magistrate. It will be better to extract the same:

“In obedience to the above reference, I may submit the following for kind perusal and necessary action.

CC 38/2022 is a crime case registered and charge sheeted by Nedumudy police, crime number 473/2021 under section 279 & 304 (A) of IPC against the accused namely Binil Kumar, 38 years S/o Sadanandan, Mazhuvanjery Chira, Kainakary PO, Kainakary P/W 8, Alappuzha.
