JUDGMENT
Petitioner has approached this Court, being aggrieved by the fact that certain complaints raised by the petitioner against respondent Nos.4 and 5 have not been considered by the authorities concerned.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that respondent Nos.4 and 5, being members of the managing committee of the 5th respondent-Society, have manipulated records to make it appear that they are supplying milk to the Society in a manner contemplated by the bye-laws of the Society. According to the petitioner, respondent Nos.4 and 5 are not complying with the bye-laws of the Society. Petitioner has submitted various representations, including Ext.P4, to the Honourable Minister for Dairy Development with copy to the 3rd respondent. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the 3rd respondent may be directed to consider Ext.P4 representation made by the petitioner, in accordance with law.
3. Learned Senior Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents would submit that Ext.P4 can be directed to be considered by the 3rd respondent, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any other person, who may be affected
