ORDER

This Crl.MC is filed with the following prayers:- “i. Direct respondents No.1 and 2 to conduct proper and fair investigation in crime No.937/2015 of Chavara Police Station.

ii. To register F.I.R on Annexure 3 and 4 complaints received and direct respondents No.1 and 2 to investigate into the matter in accordance with law.

iii. To direct respondents No.1 and 2 not to arrest and harass the petitioners during the pendency of investigation in Crime No.937/2015 of Chavara Police Station.

iv. To pass any other appropriate orders that is deemed just and fit in the circumstances of the case so as to secure the ends of justice.” (SIC)

2. The above case is filed by the accused in Crime No.937/2015 of Chavara Thekkum Bhagam Police Station.

3. When this Crl.MC came up for consideration before this Court on 21.08.2015, this Court passed the following order:- “Learned Public Prosecutor seeks some more time to file statement of objection.

The petitioners want to take out notice by special messenger to 4th respondent.

Request is allowed.

Post immediately after the Onam holidays.

Crl.MA No.6967/2015 Heard. The prayer herein is to prevent arrest of the petitioners as part of investigation in the crime.
