ORDER
This petition, seeking review of the judgment of this Court dated 21.02.2022, has been filed by persons who are not arrayed as respondents in the writ petition, asserting that if the directions therein are complied with before they are rehabilitated, after being removed from the places where they are presently residing, it will cause them irreparable prejudice.
2. Sri.Vishnu Jayapalan - learned counsel for the review petitioners, pointed out that if the judgment in question is fully implemented and his clients are resultantly thrown out, they would have no place to reside and would face irreparable prejudice. He submitted that, therefore, it may be clarified that his clients will be first rehabilitated, before the judgment sought to be reviewed is implemented.
3. Smt.K.G.Sarojini - learned Government Pleader, submitted that the judgment in question requires no clarification or review because, all that has been ordered therein is to conduct a survey and to complete consequential action. She submitted that, while doing so, the petitioners herein will also be heard and their grievances taken note of. She added that notices for eviction has been given to the review petitioners on 0
