J U D G M E N T

(Dated this the 10th day of October, 2024)

Petitioners are the guarantors to a loan availed by the M/s Hari Sree Rubber, a firm dealing with rubber, latex sheet, for an overdraft facility of Rs.22,00,000/- and another housing loan was also taken for Rs.22,50,000/-. The loan was availed in the year 2012 and the term is 15 years. A KCC loan was also availed by the petitioners. Admittedly, two loans have been closed earlier. When there was default in payment of the housing loan as well as KCC loan, he approached this Court by filing OP (DRT) No. 186 of 2024 by judgment dated 10.07.2024, and this Court disposed of the writ petition for directing the petitioner to remit an amount of Rs. 85,000/- within a period of 15 days to close the KCC loan and the petitioner was given liberty to move the bank for one time settlement within the said period.
