JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submit that the subject matter in dispute between the parties has been settled as per the memorandum of settlement dated 14.10.2022 signed by the parties and counter signed by the respective counsel before the Kerala State Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court of Kerala, Ernakulam.

2. I have perused the memorandum of settlement and find the same to be in accordance with law.

In the result, the original petition is disposed of in terms of the memorandum of settlement dated 14.10.2022 which shall form part of the judgment.
