O R D E R

The review petitions are filed on the ground that the 2nd appellant in the appeal filed by the claimant who was the 2nd respondent in the appeal by the Insurance Company died before the judgment in the MACAs. Both the MACAs were disposed of by a common judgment dated 17.09.2020. The death occurred on 08.06.2017 as proved by Annexure A6 in RP No. 493/2022. In such circumstances both Review Petitions are allowed. Both MACAs are restored to the files.
