B.A. Nos.5510, 5513, 5514, 5515, 5516, 5517, 5518, 5519 and 5861 of 2024 Dated this the 22 nd day of August , 202 4 The applications, except B.A. No.5861/2024, are filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and B.A. No.5861/2024 is filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (' BNSS ', for short), to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the following nine cases.

In B.A. No.5510/2024 the petitioner is the first accused in Crime No.509/2024, in B.A. No.5513/2024 he is the first accused in Crime No.506/2024, in B.A. No.5515/2024 he is the sole accused in Crime No.481/2024, in B.A. No.5516/2024 he is the first accused in Crime No.477/2024 and in B.A. No.5861/2024 he is the sole accused in Crime No.559/2024. The above crimes are registered by the Kaipamangalam Police Station, Thrissur.

Whereas, in B.A. No.5514/2024, the petitioner is the first accused in Crime No.571/2024, in B.A. No.5517/2024 he is the sole accused in Crime No.569/2024, in B.A. No.5518/2024 he is first accused in Crime No.575/2024 and in B.A. No.5519/2024 he is the sole accused in Crime No.613/2024.
