The Tribunal as per the impugned Ext.P4 final order dated
28.1.2021 in OA No.2022/2019 filed by the respondent herein has allowed the pleas of the applicant therein and has ordered that the applicant is entitled for the benefit of regularization in service as Part Time sweeper in terms of Ext.P5 G.O.(P) No.501/2005/Fin. dated 25.11.2005 and that accordingly quashed the impugned rejection order at Annexure A10 dated 16.7.2019 issued by the competent authority of the State Government and has also issued a direction that consequential monitory benefits will also be given to the original applicant within two months etc. It is the final verdict of the Tribunal at Ext.P4, that is under challenge this original petition filed at the instance of the State of Kerala and the Revenue Department authorities by invoking the powers of this Court contained under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India.
2. Heard Sri.B.Unnikrishna Kaimal, learned Senior Government Pleader appearing for the petitioners herein/respondents herein and Sri.D.Jayakrishanan, learned Advocate appearing for the sole respondent/original applicant in the OA before the Tribunal.
