Dated this the 8th day of December 2020 Application for regular bail under Section 439 Cr.PC.
2. The applicants are accused 8 and 9 in Crime No.1849/2020 of Perumbavoor Police Station, Ernakulam for having allegedly committed offences punishable under Sections 120B , 143, 147, 148,294 (b), 506 (ii), 307, 212 and 201 read with Section 149 of IPC and Section 3 read with Section 25 (1)(B)(a) and Section 7 read with Sections 27(2) and 27 of Arms Act .
3. This is a successive bail application filed by the applicants. The earlier application for bail filed as BA No.7791/2020 was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 25.11.2020 for the reason that the investigation was still at a nascent stage and the applicants are supposed to be the conspirators of the offence, though they were not involved in the overt act of aggression by the first accused who shot the de facto complainant with a pistol and accused Nos.2 to 7, hacked him brutally with dangerous weapons.
