This appeal is filed by the appellant/writ petitioner against the judgment dated 2.3.2022 in W.P.(C)No.889/2022 by which, a learned Single Judge dismissed the writ petition holding that the same is not maintainable in view of the judgment in W.P.(C)No.24643 of 2021 dated 23.12.2021. Writ Petition 889/2022 was filed challenging the order passed by the respondent No.1/Director of Industries and Commerce Haryana cum Chairman, Haryana MSEMSC under Section 18 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Act, 2006 (for short ‘MSME Act’).

2. Short facts leading to the filing of the writ petition are as follows:

The appellant is a sub-contractor of M/s Corrtech International Private Limited. M/s Corrtech International Private Limited has entered into an agreement with M/s. GIAL (INDIA) Ltd. for RLNG Gas Pipeline Project. The appellant and the 3rd respondent/M/S Pravsha Projects Private Limited had entered into an agreement dated 25.3.2018 for project management service in relation to the sub contract that the appellant had entered into with M/s Corrtech International Private Limited for laying of RLNG Gas Pipeline Project under KKBM
