The judgment dated 10.11.2016 rendered by the learned Single Judge in the instant Writ Petition (Civil), WP(C).No.1673/2014, is the subject matter of challenge in this intra court appeal filed under Sec.5(i) of the Kerala High Court Act, 1958.

2. The sole appellant herein is the 3rd respondent in the writ petition. Respondents 1 & 2 in the writ appeal are the writ petitioners. The 3rd respondent in the writ appeal is the 1st respondent in the writ petition (the applicant before the Kerala State Farmers' Debt Relief Commission). The additional 4th respondent in the writ appeal is the 2nd respondent in the writ petition, viz., the Kerala State Farmers' Debt Relief Commission, which is a pro forma party.

3. Heard Smt.Princy Xavier, learned Senior Government Pleader appearing for the appellant; and Sri.M.Balagovindan, learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 & 2 (Vakkom Farmers' Service Co-operative Bank Ltd.).
