JUDGMENT

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and also the learned Public Prosecutor.

2. When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner limits the relief claimed in the writ petition only for issuing a direction to the third respondent to consider

Ext.P8 representation made to him by the wife of the petitioner.

3. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that there is no objection to adopt such a course and to dispose of the writ petition.

4. In the aforesaid circumstances, the third respondent is directed to consider Ext.P8 representation, if any, made to him by the wife of the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of two months from today.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
