O R D E R
Dated this the 6th day of December, 2024 W.P.(C) No.500 of 2022 was disposed of with the following directions:
“In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondents 3 to 5 and 7 to process and implement the suggestion to extend the existing drainage to the Valiyathodu through the Bituminous Panchayat Road. Respondents 3 to 5 and 7 shall prosecute the project with promptness and the additional 8th respondent shall extend all co-operation in that regard. Once the drainage is extended to ‘Valiyathodu’, needless to say, respondents 3 to 5 and 7 shall ensure that the existing opening of the drainage towards the property of the petitioner is closed suitably.”
2. The review petitioner submits that there is an error apparent on the face of the judgment. It is contended that the construction of drainage will reduce the width of the road and will cause traffic congestion. It is also submitted that there : 4 :
