Challenge in the instant writ appeal is to the judgment made in W.P.(C) No.25663 of 2019 dated 04.10.2019, by which the writ court set aside Exhibit-P9 communication issued by the Central Board of Secondary Education, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram, respondent No.1 therein, who rejected the petitioner's application for correction of his father's and mother's names in the CBSE certificates. Writ court directed the respondents therein to take up the application preferred by the writ petitioner, and consider the same in accordance with law, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment made in W.P.(C) No.25663/2019.
