JUDGMENT
Dated this the 16th day of September 2020 The petitioner approached this Court challenging a stop memo issued by the Panchayath interdicting the petitioner from conducting the poultry farm.
2. The petitioner appears to have been obtained a consent from the Pollution Control Board. The petitioner submits that he had submitted an application for license, but, there was no response from the Punchayath and submitted that the petitioner conducted the poultry farm based on the deemed license.
3. The Panchayath appeared and contended that no application has been submitted by the petitioner for license.
4. Any how, as the matter stands today, the period for license is over. The petitioner also claims that he had stopped conducting the poultry farm.
5. In such scenario, the petitioner is given liberty to apply fresh application before the Panchayath to conduct the poultry farm. That application shall be considered without any delay after hearing the petitioner.
This writ petition is disposed of as above.
