JUDGMENT
Dated this the 14th day of October, 2022 The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the Police in acting upon the complaint submitted by her on 23.02.2021 of Thiruvalla Police Station. The grievance of the petitioner is that, the vehicles bearing registration Nos.KL-07-CA- 7899, KL-11-U-3035 and KL-11-BD-5238, which were registered in the name of the petitioner were transferred by the 4th respondent, without her knowledge by forging documents in this regard. The petitioner is the wife of the 4th respondent. According to the petitioner, even though a complaint was submitted no action has been taken and this writ petition is submitted in such circumstances seeking the following reliefs.
“(i) a writ of mandamus or any other writ order or directing the 1st and 3rd respondents to initiate appropriate legal action on the complaint of the petitioner as evidenced by Ext.P2 and Ext.P3.
(ii) Direction to the 1st and 3rd respondent to seize the
