The appellant, who was an employee of the Company in liquidation, has filed this Company Adjudication Appeal aggrieved by Annexure-A14 notice of rejection of Proof of Debt dated 08.08.2018 issued by the 3rd respondent-Official Liquidator.

2. The appellant states that he joined the 1st respondent-Company in the year 1965 as a "Collection Assistant". On satisfactory completion of the training period of the appellant, his service with the 1st respondent-Company was confirmed by Confirmation Order dated 27.05.1977. Thereafter, the appellant was promoted by the Promotion Order dated 28.04.1978 as 'Collection Manager Grade-I' from 'Collection Inspector Grade-I'. The appellant had worked at the 1st respondent-Company till 22.12.1982 when the appellant was transferred to Erode Branch. The appellant preferred several communications to the 1st respondent- Company seeking his arrears of salary, allowances, bonus, etc.

3. Since the 1st respondent has not disbursed arrears of salary to the appellant, the appellant filed a Claim Petition under Section 33-C (2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 against the 1st respondent-Company, before the 1st Additional Labour
