JUDGMEN T

The above writ petition is filed with following prayers:

“(a) issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction commanding the 1st and 2nd respondents to restore the Anjuthaikkal Thodu to it original dimensions by removing the unauthorized encroachments made by the 8th respondent and prevent further encroachment by the 8th respondent.

(b) issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction commanding the 3rd to 7th respondents to restore the paddy fields of the 8th respondent situate in Re Sy Nos 214/7,8,3, Block No 13 of the Maradu Village to its original state and prevent further unauthorized conversion.

(c) issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the 1st and 2nd respondents to take appropriate action upon Exhibit P10 and P11 petitions within a time limit to be fixed by this Hon’ble Court.

(d) issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction commanding the 3rd and 4th respondents to take appropriate action upon Exhibit P13 petition within a time limit to be fixed by this Hon’ble Court.

(e) issue any other
