This Bail Application is filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita.

2. The petitioner is the 2^nd accused in Crime No. 1155/2024 of Sakthikulangara Police Station. The above case is registered against the petitioner and others alleging offences punishable under secs. 318(4), 111 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita , 2023 (for short ' BNS ').

3. The prosecution case is that the accused persons in furtherance of their common intention to cheat the defacto complainant and thereby to get illegal profit, the petitioner, on behalf of the 1^st accused, took 42 air tickets from the defacto complainant with 3 days credit. The tickets was worth Rs.13,15,477/-. It is also stated that the 1^st accused handed over the cheque and the same is dishonoured. Hence, it is alleged that the accused committed the offences.
