ORDER
This Bail Application is filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023.
2. The petitioner is the 6th accused in Crime No.59 of 2025 of Thrissur West Police Station, Thrissur, registered alleging the commission of offences punishable under Sections 288 , 110 , 3 24(4) and 329(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita ( BNS ), 2023 and Section 3 of the Explosive Substances Act , 1908.
3. The prosecution case is that the petitioner supplied country made bomb to the Children in Conflict with Law, arraigned as accused Nos.1 to 5 in the crime, with which the above CCL caused explosion in front of the front door of the flat of defacto complainant in between 1.00 am and 1.30 am on 03.01.2025. Due to the aforesaid explosion, the flat belonging to the defacto complainant is said to have suffered damage.
