JUDGMENT
The writ petition has been filed with the following prayers: (a) to issue of a writ of certiorari or other appropriate writ, direction or order calling for the records leading to Exhibit P-6 circular and quashing the same to the extent it bars any re-testing of samples for any reason whatsoever.
(b) to issue a writ of certiorari or other appropriate writ, direction or order calling for the records leading to Exhibits P-3 and P-5 letters and quashing the same to the extent it directs the petitioner to destroy the goods (c) to issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the first respondent to draw and re-test the sample of the goods that the petitioner proposes to export to U.A.E. (d) to award the cost of this petition to the petitioner; and (e) to grant such other reliefs as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
