ORDER

This Bail Application is filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita .

2. The petitioner is an accused in Crime No.400/2024 of Sooranad Police Station. The offences alleged against the petitioner are under Sections 468 , 420 r/w 34 of the IPC .

3. The allegation made by the defacto complaint is that the 2^nd accused made her believe that she will be given a job in the T.K.Divakaran Memorial Upper Primary School, Sooranad and she parted with the money on 17.11.2021 and 9.12.2021. It is alleged that after 1^st accused received the said amounts through the 2^nd accused and the 3^rd, 4^th and 5^th accused fraudulently forged an appointment order and made her work in the school without paying her any salary. It is alleged that the accused have treated her appointment as illegal but the money was not returned. Thus the accused committed the above offences.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

5. When this bail application came up for consideration on 24.02.2025, this Court passed the following order:
