This writ appeal, invoking the provisions under Section 5 (i) of the Kerala High Court Act , 1958, is one filed by the 1st respondent in W.P.(C)No.29441 of 2024. That writ petition was one filed by the 1st respondent herein-petitioner, invoking the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the 2nd respondent Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies (General) to finalise Ext.P3 representation dated 14.11.2023, on the basis of Exts.P4 to P7 proceedings. The petitioner has also sought for a declaration that the 2nd respondent Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies is liable to finalise and pass orders on Ext.P3 representation dated 14.11.2023 made by the petitioner.

2. The learned Single Judge, by the impugned judgment dated 05.09.2024, disposed of the writ petition, at the admission stage, by directing the 2nd respondent Joint Registrar to consider and dispose of Ext.P3 representation, with notice to the petitioner and the appellant-1st respondent, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of that judgme
