ORDER
The afore application is filed by an ex-director of the company under liquidation, pointing out that there is a proposal for reviving the company, which has been produced before this Court along with Co.Appl.No.232 of 2024 (paragraph 8) and in such circumstances, seeking appropriate orders for permission to convene the meeting of members of the company under liquidation to consider the revival plan.
2. Heard Sri.Pradeep Joy, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri.K.Moni, the learned Standing Counsel for the Official Liquidator.
3. The learned Standing Counsel, with reference to the affidavit filed, would contend that, around Rs.1.50 crores would be required for settling all the liability payable to the creditors etc.
