JUDGMENT
Dated this the 29th day of January, 2025 The petitioner had applied for Post Graduate Course in LLM during the year 2018-2019 and appeared for common Entrance Examination conducted by the Office of Commissioner of Entrance Examinations. He was included in the rank list in 2018-2019. The petitioner belongs to Anglo Indian Community which comes under the category of OBC in Kerala.
2. The Government of Kerala issued a G.O. (MS) No.10/2014 dated 23.05.2014, on the basis of various representations received from the community members, so as to enable the Anglo-Indian Community incorporated for the purpose of reservation. The 2nd respondent has stated in the Government Order that in Professional Colleges, Higher Secondary, Vocational Higher Secondary Schools, then existing
2% reservation was raised to 3% and accordingly along with Latin Catholic students, Anglo Indian students were also incorporated.
