This matter was heard in great detail on 25.01.2018, 01.02.2018, 02.02.2018, 06.02.2018, 08.02.2018 and 12.02.2018.

Thereafter, it is listed today for further consideration.

2. We have heard Sri. George Poothottam - the learned counsel for the petitioner; Smt. Mary Benjamin - the learned standing counsel appearing for the 1st respondent Admission Supervisory Committee; Sri. P. Sreekumar - the learned standing counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent University and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the 3rd respondent.

3. While the hearing progressed, it was disclosed by Sri.

George Poonthottam, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, that the petitioner college has, in fact, made an application before the Admission Supervisory Committee seeking approval of the admission of the student, in question in this proceedings, under the NRI category.
