JUDGMENT

The petitioners approached this Court on account of delay in depositing the amount for the land acquired. The compensation amount was re fixed by the judgment of this Court produced as Ext.P5. The learned Government Pleader would submit that the requisition authority is the Cochin Corporation. If the compensation amount is still remained unpaid, Necessary steps shall be taken by the 1st respondent/Cochin Corporation to make available the necessary fund before the Land Acquisition Officer within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed as above.
