Dated this the 11^th day of January, 2024 The challenge in this revision petition is against the order in LB 508/73 dated 19.01.2017 issued by the Taluk Land Board, Palakkad.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader made available a copy of the order in CRP(LR) No.119 of 2017 filed by the revision petitioner's brother challenging the very same order of the Taluk Land Board. Perusal of the order in CRP(LR) No.119 of 2017 reveals that this Court set aside the impugned order and directed to pass fresh orders on point Nos.i, iii, iv & v referred in the order.

3. Insofar as the order under challenge in this civil revision petition has already been set aside with a direction to consider the matter afresh, nothing survives for consideration in this civil revision petition.

The civil revision petition is hence closed, following the order in CRP(LR) No.119 of 2017.
