JUDGMENT This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following releifs:

a) ) issue a writ mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take action to stop the illegal parking of vehicles in Thookupalam Junction and road and call for the records leading to Exhibit P1 & P2;

ii) issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction directing respondents 3 to 7 to consider Exhibit P3 representations filed by the petitioner and to take action to stop the illegal parking of vehicles in public roads under their authority;

iii) issue such other writ, order or direction that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances

2. This writ petition is filed seeking to stop illegal parking of vehicles in Thookupalam Junction and road, Idukki District. This writ petition is pending from 2012 onwards and no interim order is passed in this case. At this distance of time, I think the prayers in this writ petition have become infructuous. If there is any fresh cause of action arises, the petitioner is free to agitate the same in accordance with law.

Granting the above liberty to the petitioner, the writ petition is closed.
