JUDGMENT Dated this the 22Pd day of Ma[y, 2024 Then this First Appeal Was taken up for hearing, it was submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant, as well as, the respondent, that the matter has been settled aJbicably by mediation. A report of the Mediator, Adv.P.I.Tose, is also attached herewith, to which is appended the memorandum of agreement between the parties incorporating the terms of settlement.
