The present Writ Petitions have been filed by the Cable TV Operators claiming the benefit of the decision taken by the Government in B.O (DB) No.514/2021 (D(D&IT)/D5/Cable-Poles/2021-22/0001) dated 5.7.2021 and Government order issued on 08.07.2021 in G.O (Ms) No.14/2021/Power.
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners submit that the invoices issued for rent of the electricity poles by the Electricity Board which are impugned in the Writ Petitions are not in accordance with the Government’s own decision taken in B.O (DB) No.514/2021 (D(D&IT)/D5/Cable-Poles/2021-22/0001) referred to above and the Government Order dated 08- 07-2021.
