JUDGMENT Dated this the 20^th day of June 2024 The writ petition is filed for the following reliefs;

“i.To issue a writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ order or direction to call for the entire documents culminated in Ext.P8 order and to quash the same;

ii. To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction directing the Respondents Nos.2 and 3 to implement Ext.P5 order in all the temples under the Malabar Devaswom Board within a time frame as may be fixed by this Hon’ble Court;

iii. To declare that the employees of temples under the Malabar Devaswom Board which gets financial assistance from the Malabar Devaswom Management Fund are also equally entitled to enjoy the benefits of Ext.P5 pay revision like the similar employees of temples of the higher grades;

iv. For all the costs of the petition.

v.For such other and further reliefs, that are denied fit under the circumstances of the case.”

2. The petitioner has filed I.A.No.1 of 2024 producing Ext.P13 Government order dated 12.02.2024 in respect of pay revision. The learned counsel for the petitioner’s limits the request for a time-bound implementation of Ext.P13.

Taking into consideration, the State has already issued Ext.P13 in respect of pay revision to the employees of the Malabar Devaswom Board. I disposed of this writ petition directing the 2^nd and 3^rd respondent to implement Ext.P13 not less than two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
