JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who is appearing as a party in person, is stated to be the owner in possession and enjoyment of 10.750 cents of property with a residential building, along with his wife who has a 1/30 undivided share over the property. He submitted an application dated 27.12.2022 for constructing the eastern boundary wall before the second respondent Panchayat. The second respondent had issued a letter dated 18.03.2022 directing the petitioner to produce the latest survey plan showing the boundaries of the land of the petitioner. The petitioner submits that he had approached the Taluk Surveyor and obtained a survey plan and the re-survey plan and the same was submitted along with a representation dated 16.11.2022.
