JUDGMENT
The above writ petition is filed with following prayers : “i. To issue a writ, order or direction calling upon the first respondent to refer the matter for determination to the authority as per applications exhibit P1 to P5 filed under Sec.
64 of the LARR Act 2013 ii. Issue such other and further reliefs as may be prayed for or as this Honourable Court deems fit to grant.” [sic]
2. When this writ petition came up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners will be satisfied if a direction is issued to consider Exts.P1 to P5.
3. Heard the learned Government Pleader also.
4. After hearing both sides, I think that prayer can be allowed.
Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with the following directions :
1) If Exts.P1 to P5 are received and pending before the 1st respondent, the 1st respondent will consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
2) If orders are already passed in Exts.P1 to P5, a copy of the order shall be communicated to the petitioners during the above period itself.
3) The petitioners will produce a certified copy of this judgment along with a copy of this writ petition with exhibits before the 1st respondent for compliance.
