JUDGMENT
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader and having perused the supplementary award dated 02.11.2023, I am of the view that the contempt of court proceedings need not be continued. The petitioner is in any manner aggrieved by the supplementary award, it is for the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law.
With this observation, this Contempt of Court Case is closed.
