JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this court against the demand notice under Section 13(2) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 , issued by the respondent Bank. Hence, I am of the view that, the writ petition against the demand notice is not maintainable.

With the aforesaid contention, the present writ petition is dismissed.
