O R D E R
1. This is an Application for pre-arrest bail filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023. Crime No. 267 of 2025 of Koodal Police Station was registered against the Applicant as accused No.1 and four other persons identifiable by sight under Sections 74 , 126(2) , 309(4) , 324(5) r/w 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, which includes non-bailable offences. Thereafter, the offences under Sections 309 (4) , 324(5) r/w 3(5) of the BNS were deleted, which is confirmed by the learned Public Prosecutor. The Applicant apprehends that he will be arrested and detained in custody in connection with the said crime, causing harassment to him.
2. The Applicant filed Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No. 3174 of 2025 before the Sessions Court, Pathanamthitta, seeking pre-arrest bail, and the same was dismissed as per Annexure A4 Order.
3. The incident happened inside a Temple compound in connection with a festival. The gist of the allegations with respect to the subsisting offences against the accused are that on 02.04.2025 at about 7. 00 p.m., the de facto complainant along with her husband and mother-in-law proceeded to the Kalanjoor Temple to attend
