Headnote:In consideration of the Bail Application No. 6136 of 2025 under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant sought pre-arrest bail, fearing arrest in a registered crime. The Prosecutor clarified no accusations against the applicant exist. Thus, the application was closed while directing notice requirements as stipulated.

ORDER

1. This is an Application for pre-arrest bail filed under Section

482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023. The Applicant apprehends that he will be arrested and detained in custody in connection with a crime registered by the respondent.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor, after getting instructions, submitted that the Applicant is not accused of any Crime in the subject Police Station and that there could not be any basis for his apprehension for arrest.

3. In view of the said submission of the learned Public Prosecutor, this Bail Application is closed recording the said submission and further directing the respondent to give Notice under Section 35 (3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023, in case the presence of the Applicant is required in connection with any Crime of the subject Police Station with respect to the allegations made in this Bail application, if the offence involved is punishable with imprisonment of less than 7 years.
