The applications are filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (in short, ' BNSS '), by the accused Nos. 1 to 4 in the below mentioned crimes for allegedly committing the offences punishable under Sections 406 , 409, and 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code (in short, ' IPC ') and Section 4 r/w Section 22 of the Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act, 2019 . The petitioners were originally arrested in Crime No. 644/2024 of the Thiruvalla Police Station on 07.05.2024. Subsequently, the petitioners’ arrests were recorded from 11.06.2024 to 27.09.2024 in the following cases: B.A.No.8241/2024 filed in Crime No.375/2024, B.A.No.8245/2024 filed in Crime No.376/2024 and B.A.No.8250/2024 filed in Crime No.377/2024, all registered by the Pambadi Police Station, 2024:KER:74363 Kottayam, B.A.No.8260/2024 filed in Crime No.641/2024 of the Thalayolaparamb Police Station, Kottayam, B.A.No.8257/2024 filed in Crime No.330/2024 of the Manimala Police Station, Kottayam, B.A.No.8259/2024 filed in Crime No.373/2024 of the Manarkad Police Station, Kottayam, B.A.No.8097/2024 filed in Crime No.847/2024, B.A.No.8098/2024 filed in Crime No.851/20
