Dated this the 7^th day of October, 2024 The petitioner, who is a subscriber to Chitty conducted by the 1^st respondent-Kerala State Financial Enterprises Limited, has filed this writ petition seeking to quash Ext.P4 and to command respondents 2 and 3 to dispose of Ext.P5 petition of the petitioner expeditiously. The petitioner has also sought to direct the respondents to disburse net chit amount to the petitioner as per his entitlement determined as per 'draw' for Chittal No.3 and 7 respectively in Chitty No.19/2019/A-1.

2. Standing Counsel submitted that the petitioner has taken three Chitties and Ext.P4 notice issued is only in respect of one Chitty. However, as the petitioner has made Ext.P5 representation, the same can be considered by the 1^st respondent's Managing Director.

3. The petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied for the time being, if Ext.P5 is considered by the Managing Director of the 1^st respondent.

In the afore facts, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Managing Director of the 1^st respondent to consider the grievance raised by the petitioner in Ext.P5 and take appropriate decision thereon within a period of one month, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
