Though the writ petition was filed seeking various reliefs, when the matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner confined the reliefs to the limited extent of directing the second respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 representation within a time frame. 2. Accordingly, there will be a direction to the second respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 representation, in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
