Dated this the 4^th day of July, 2023 This writ petition is filed seeking seeking directions to the 2^nd respondent to conduct site inspection of the petitioner’s building and inform the petitioner in writing of any deviation from the approved plan.

2. The writ petition was admitted on

21.10.2014 but has been pending without orders till now. I am of the opinion that the prayers sought for in the writ petition would have been rendered infructous by now. In case the petitioner has any subsisting grievance with regard to numbering of the building, it is for the petitioner to raise it before the respondent Panchayat. In case such representation is received from the petitioner, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.

The writ petition is ordered accordingly.
