This writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India was filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus commanding the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P6 representation and take appropriate action on it.
2. The petitioner would contend that the 5th respondent has been attempting to grab the property belonging to the petitioner. He has 4.43 Acres of land comprised in re-survey No.82/2 of Chathurangappara Village. He obtained purchase certificate for the said property, which bears No.30/2019. Since the 5th respondent had been trying to grab the property of the petitioner and a few others, the petitioner had conducted enquiries about the property of the 5th respondent and also other properties, which are tried to be invaded upon by him. He realised that about an extent of 635 Acres of land originally belonged to Bodi A.S.Azhakan Chettiar still remains in the name of his children. The thandaper registers concerning the said properties revealed that fact. Exts.P5 to P5(e) are copies of thandaper registers.
