This writ petition is filed with the following prayers:-

“(i) That writ of mandamus or other order be passed directing respondents 1 to 3 to conduct an immediate enquiry regarding the unlawful construction being carried on by respondents 4 to 6 in Survey No. 1446 of Manacaud Village which belongs to the Government and demolish the same;

(ii) That writ of mandamus or other order be passed directing respondents 4 to 6 not to make any construction in the property in Survey No. 1446 pending enquiry on Exhibits-P5 and P6 before respondents 1 and 3;

(iii) That writ of mandamus or other order be passed directing respondents 1 and 3 to pass orders restraining respondents 4 to 6 from making any construction or proceeding with the unlawful construction in Survey No.1446 by issuing a Stop Memo to stop all constructions forthwith;

(iv) Respondents 4 to 6 be directed to demolish the unlawful constructions made in Survey No. 1446 of Manacaud Village which belongs to Government;

(v) That the Petitioners be granted such further reliefs as are appropriate and incidental to this Writ Petition.”
