ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous case is filed to quash the proceedings in CC No. 4670/2013 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Alathur. The above case is chargesheeted against the petitioner alleging offences punishable under Secs.294(b), 506(i) IPC and under Sec.119(a) of the Kerala Police Act .

2.The prosecution case is that the accused threatened the defacto complainant that he would throw her out of the job and will kill her. It is further alleged that the accused showed some gestures to the defacto complainant. Annexure-A1 is the final report. According to the petitioner, even if the entire allegations are accepted, the offences alleged are not attracted.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent. I also heard the learned Public Prosecutor.

4.Annexure-A1 is the final report. It will be better to extract the relevant portion of the final report.
