JUDGMENT
This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of Annexure A1 order of this Court dated 14.01.2021 in W.P.(C)No.22871 of 2020. Paragraph 8 of that order reads thus;
“8. Having considered the pleadings and materials on record and also the submissions made by the learned counsel on both sides, and perusing the photographs made available by the learned counsel for the 1st respondent, this Court finds that, on the strength of the interim order dated 27.10.2020, the petitioner has erected barbed wire fencing in front of the petitioner’s building blocking access to the shop rooms. In such circumstances, this Court deem it appropriate to pass an interim order directing the petitioner to provide sufficient opening in the barbed wire fencing, so that free ingress and egress of customers to the shop rooms in the building owned by the 1st respondent is not obstructed.”
2. By the very same order, the petitioner and the 1st respondent were directed to appear before the District Mediation Centre, Kasargod on 19.01.2021 at 10.30 a.m.
