JUDGMENT
The petitioners contend that they are the President and Secretary of Sree Rakteshwari Devi Kshetra Yogam Temple Committee, a Society registered under the Travancore Cochin Literary, Scientific, and Charitable Societies Act , 1955. They assert that the Society was formed for proper and better administration of Sree Rakteshwari Devi Kshetra Yogam Temple, Alappuzha.
2. According to the petitioner, the temple is owned by the ‘Madavana family,’ and the 3rd respondent, being the eldest member of the family, is in charge of the administration and management of the temple.
