JUDGMENT
The above writ petition is filed with the following prayers:-
“a) call for the entire records leading up to Ext.P4 and quash the same by way issuance of a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writs, orders or directions.
b) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents to stay all further proceedings pursuant to Exhibit P4 and permitted to function match splint Unit by name and style Sree Sastha Splints and Veneer till the disposal of Exhibit P4.”
2. This writ petition is filed challenging a stop memo. No interim order is passed in this case. Probably, the prayers in this writ petition might have been infructuous. The case is listed in the defect list.
There is no representation for the petitioner also.
In the said circumstances, this writ petition need not be retained here. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
